"They refuse to actually take my order. Made me try to use the kiosk which I couldn't get to work properly I have disabilities with my fingers and it was very hard. I will never ever go back"

"Just left the drive through. My drinks were taking too long - a soda and chocolate shake. They asked me to pull up and wait and would bring them to me as soon as they were ready. It took a long time which I found odd because it was just drinks. I already had the food. When I got home I noticed the bottom area of the shake was green. My guess is they did something with the shake machine and it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time? No idea. Disgusting. I threw the shake and the food away, obviously. Tried to call the store but no answer. Unfortunately for me, I drank some of shake before noticing the green. Hope it doesn't make me sick."

"I don’t have a car so i always order through door dash at this location. bags are sealed so the dasher can’t check to see all items are there, it’s up to the employees. twice in the past month my order was horrendously wrong. First time we ordered two 2 cheeseburger meals and cookies and did not receive the condiments, napkins, straws or cookies. second time we ordered breakfast and didn’t receive any hashbrowns. the workers just don’t care. this location is awful and door dash won’t let you change which location you order from."

"The playground is located in a special room with tables and bathrooms. Perfect for tiny noisy monsters."

"These guys are extremely slow. 30 mins for standard breakfast menu. No one asked anything at food window while standing In parking for 10 mins. Food is ok but this is the third time it has happened in last few months. Many a times, item are out but online ordering still takes the order and they can’t refund but can substitute with other items or void whole order."
