Rent One

"A computer I got from here messed up and everytime I have tried to come pick it back up after the “2 week service” it’s always the same excuse of 1 more week and it has been 3 months now, then I call and get told they have it in and I can come pick it up when I get there someone different tells me it’s not in and he doesn’t know when but he’d “take a look into it”. Lazy and incompetent manager."

"They don’t deserve any stars at all! My fiance went in to sign up on a promotion they had on a ps5 and 65 inch tv. The manager Ambra was very rude and demanding! We was trying to read what she was have us sign and she kept saying don’t worry about that just sign here! Then my fiancé told her that we would come in and make cash payments and she demanded us to put a debit card on file! On top of that I had to drive to Wynne to pick up the ps5 because she said it would be 2-3 weeks before she had any. Our payments was suppose to be 40.00 a week and it’s not! My fiance and I have emailed the regional manager and no response and then my fiance has called the Johnson store and spoke to Kim the manager to get our account switched and told her we need the district manager to contact us and 3 weeks later and still nothing!!!! This is ridiculous and wish now we would have went with a different rental company!!!!!"

"I rented both a washer and dryer and a Playstation 5. I was never late or short on any payments. I even had it set to auto pay. And I was supposed to get a refund for the week I paid, but returned everything, and I have yet to receive it"

"My experience with Rent One especially with Kelly was amazing. It was quick and easy. The delivery was right on time and with no delays. Also if they need to come earlier is a plus for me. I would recommend this company."
