"No one at counters for over 5 minutes. Comes to counter jamming to ear budds. The get 2. Is not all get 2. You must pay extra for the bread bowl that says get 2. 25 minutes to serve food. So don't ask about the get 2 your food show up 25 minutes and cold French oinion soup. And no knife to cut the hard bread. Go back to counter the 2 replacinf bread. So I wait another 5 minutes need a bell or better personal announcement system or PA for the ear budd generation. They give you a butter knife and no butter. Needs a saraded each knife or peel peel your bread."
"Popped in for lunch today. They are under staffed, lines to order were bad, one of the kiosks were broken. Bakery shelves were half stocked. Ordered french onion soup and bread. My soup bowl was half filled, they didn't add any cheese and forgot to include my croutons. We do bummed when I got home. Otherwise restaurant was clean. Tons of seating available. Some outside seating in the spring. Drive thru available."
"If it wasn't for the fact of being a Fundraiser, I would have been wanting my money back. You are given the opportunity to cut your sandwich if you would like, the only issue there is that you can only use plastic knives which everyone before you gets to run their hands through. Where's the Health Department on this? Do they honestly believe that EVERYONE washes their hands before touching this? Sorry to say but the statistics show that to not be the case. When I inquired about this, I was told that this is their new policy. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Of Course, I can look like a Pig and eat this sandwich whole. Again, not at all enjoyable in any fashion"
"Went to drive thru before work and was told to hold on. There was no one in front of me and parking lot was bare. So it's not like they were slammed and taking orders in front of me. I sat there for what seemed like forever ( about 4 minutes) before I had to leave to get to work. I understand waiting but no one was anywhere to be seen as I sat there."
"I ordered soup and a sandwich for my wife who is home sick. The chicken noodle soup bread bowl. What was delivered was a tiny cup of soup that didn't even fill half of the bread bowl. After calling the store they said there wasn't anything I could do and that I had to order another bowl of soup. Second order has to be over $10 to deliver. So now for a bread bowl and checking sandwich, delivery fees and two tips I have now spent $55."
