"I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Budget Rent A Car, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience, all thanks to the wonderful manager, Bindy. From the moment I walked in, Bindy greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Despite a last-minute change in my reservation, Bindy was incredibly adaptable and ensured that I got the vehicle I needed without any hassle. Her friendly and personable demeanor truly made the entire process a breeze. Not only was she efficient in getting me on the road quickly, but she also took the time to ensure that I was comfortable with all aspects of the rental. Bindy's attention to detail and genuine care for her customers really stood out to me. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this Budget location, especially with Bindy at the helm. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They scammed me out of 400 dollars on my rental car. My estimate was 100$, and they charged me 500 dollars. They took full advantage of the small print and never explained to me that the estimate would be one fifth of the total charge. 500$ TOTAL!!!! They admitted their mistake but wouldn’t compensate me for it. What kind of business knowingly takes advantage of a customer like that? I will NEVER use this company again and I hope that this review persuades you to look elsewhere as well. They don’t care about your happiness, they only care about screwing you in any way possible.…..even when they admit to doing so. Take your business elsewhere, they don’t deserve your money. ZERO STARS."

"Not going to lie based off of reading these reviews I was very nervous to rent a car from this location. I was stressed trying to make it back to CO for a work trip, and these reviews were adding to my stress! Eventually I was so tired of worrying that I decided to take a leap of faith and trust God that everything would work out. I’m glad I did because I honestly had a great experience with budget. They called to confirm my appointment with the car I wanted, they had my car at the location at the time my appointment was set for, and they got me in and out within 10 minutes. It was an easy drop off too, they charged me what they estimated and didn’t add any hidden fees or anything. I do think they are trying to turn things around and I recommend taking a leap of faith and trust that it will all work out with your experience at Budget."

"I've rented from this location 3 times. -The first time they didn't have the vehicle that I reserved but the gave me a nicer SUV. I took it, but of course it cost more in gas. -The second time I need the car at 8:30am to travel for a 2pm meeting. They called at 8am and said they wouldn't have a car until noon. I had to cancel the rental and borrow a family member's vehicle to make my meeting. Budget still charged me. I did call and got a refund, but shouldn't have had to go through that hassle. -The third time I rented a "Toyota Tacoma or similar". When we arrived the only option was a Dodge Ram 2500. Much larger than I wanted, worse gas mileage and it certainly could have been cleaner inside (pictures included). I asked if they could give me a break on the rental price since it would cost more in gas and the attendant said that was out of his control. I took the truck because we needed one for our trip and were leaving in an hour. I messaged corporate after our trip mentioning the above and asking for at least a reimbursement of the extra gas cost (I figured it was about $50). They said they'd send me a $25 rental credit for a KC Budget location to use in the future. It's safe to say I won't be using that voucher."

"If I could give you a ZERO star I would. I reserved a car at budget. And this was the SECOND time I got a FILTHY car. My goodness I don’t expect it to be detailed but I do expect it to be clean. At the end of the day this car isn’t FREE and the the cost of rentals have gone up by 40%. Surely with that EXTRA money you can CLEAN AND SANITIZE your cars. And when I mention it the guy said, “I can clean it real quick if you have time” No I do not have time! I run in appointment and a schedule, it should have been done PRIOR to me picking it up! I used Lysol and Lysol wipes to clean what I KNEW I’d be touching!!!! I can’t tell you how DISAPPOINTED I was and ticked that I have to clean a car that I RENTED and should have already been CLEANED. I will be contacted corporate as I did take PICTURES AND A VIDEO!!"
