"This Quiznos is 4 hours from me and we always stop here before we leave Branson. Rich waited on us (at 8am) and he's always so nice and friendly! Our sandwiches are always yummy and our order is always correct. The store is always clean and inviting. Love this location!"

"Bread was SOOOO good. I was honestly surprised. I had a bad experience at one in Washington state like 20 years ago, and hadn't ever went back. But very glad I stopped. Friendly staff, and really good food. Thank you!!!!!"

"Wow store went down hill???. Noticed it runs smoother when the sons working? Stopped for a sandwhich and soup. Weird chic w green hair at counter. Dressed dirty and sloppy? Doesn't have customer service skills! Look bad did bad. Kept Messing up on register. The blk guy got on reg and it was a mess. Many people left..walked out!!! Sandwiches Took45 mins soup was thinned out got soup way before sandwhiches??? Bad timing? Slow service should of never happened?they had plenty of help. Dissapointed? Been eating there since it opened??? Loose the chic w ugly dirty green hair! She was not customer friendly or dressed right to b at counter Sad I love your food! Well giv 1 more try next tim!"

"I've always had great sandwiches and service at this Quiznos.......until this morning. Last time I was there I noticed they made a variety of breakfast sandwiches. I stopped this morning and ordered a "steak, egg&cheese" and was informed that they had ran out of eggs. No biggie I thought and i'll have a steak and cheese then. The girl rang up the order and it was full price! I asked her if I got a break because there were no eggs. She said "Oh no, we can't do that." Now in the grand scheme of things $.50 doesn't mean anything but loyalty does. I'm new to the area and drive past a subway and about a dozen other take-out places on my to and from home and my loyalties have always been to this locally-owned like-minded business but I guess its been a one way street. . . . . . After reading the owners response I'm wandering what other information you need? I pretty much summed up the events of that day and sending me to Quiznos home page? Albeit it was thoughtful its of little use."
