"Ordered the new brown sugar bacon sandwich and it was cold bacon. Drive thru lady was extremely rude. Manager looks like he just got out of prison and tells me the bacon is supposed to be cold... while waiting for a replacement I'm watching the sandwich maker literally throw another person's sandwich thru the recieving area and it falls on the floor. The drive thru lady picks it up and puts it in a Togo bag order lol. Will definitely be calling corporate on this crew. Not recommended!!!"

"Overall experience is always good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is always fresh and tastes great. But I do have 2 concerns. I never have time to actually go inside and order my food so, it's always the drive through for me. I know making the fresh to order takes more time but I just can't seem to figure out why exactly it takes 10-15mins or longer when (in my case), it's simply taking an already baked/cut bun adding already cooked roast beef and cheese, wrapping it in paper and putting it in a bag. I just wish the drive through time wasn't so daunting every time. Lastly, I know this is a corporate food chain but the prices are ridiculously high. Nonetheless, I love the food and the stuff are pretty great with giving good customer service."

"My experience at this location was abysmal. I asked for crinkle fries and got exactly half crinkle and half curly in the box. They tasted like they had been sitting there for awhile, like they couldn't be bothered to make any fresh. My roast beef was ok, but I've definitely had better. The girl running the drive thru was monotonous and didn't ask if I wanted any sauces and just overall didn't seem friendly or welcoming. Very disappointed."

"I had the Reuben sandwich meal and it was very tasty. I felt that there could’ve been more of the sauce on the sandwich. Curly fries Were fresh. My husband had the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. He said it was flavorful but could have used more onion rings. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean."
