"My car was in their collision center for eight weeks to have the EAU’s replaced on the rear bumper. When I picked up the car they had driven it 775 miles during those eight weeks. The fuel was full when I dropped it off and empty when I picked it up. Very disappointing to think you have free use of a customers car without permission. Thankfully I took photos of the dash when I dropped it off"
"Didn’t like bringing the car a week early to sit there with nothing being done. I could have shopped and brought it when you were ready to work on it. It was Christmas time! The work was done and looks like new!"
"I drive pass Randy Curnow's all the time but never thought about having my car serviced. But then, my car was in an accident and my insurance company listed Curnow's as an option for repair services. I'm very glad I selected Curnow's for the collision work. I'm satisfied overall."
"The person who attended me was very friendly and helpful. The job they did to my car was to repair a rear door and paint it. I must say that a plastic molding did not fit well and it took almost a month to repair it when they told me it would take about 10 days."
"The front desk ladies were great and were truly sincere. It took them about 3 months to fix my truck after hitting a deer. From a distance the truck looks pretty good, but up close you can see the flaws. Paint work looks good, but there is a large noticeable panel gap between the hood and fender. They also created a problem that I didn't have prior to the repair - significant tire rub when turning right. Took it back to the shop, and the production managers response was "its a new wheel well, it'll go away." It hasn't gone away. Almost 20k in repairs, and this is what I'm left with. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quality repair. Edit- thank you for the response, but I feel the need to clarify what my issue is - first, I understand you have no control over back ordered parts. What frustrates me with the rental situation is you told me multiple times that you had it handled, but I still kept getting calls from enterprise saying it would be reported stolen. The only time it was actually resolved was when I had to leave work to drive up there and get it resolved in person. And I definitely appreciate you guys stepping up for the rental, even though it wouldn't have been an issue had it been done when it was promised. But I understand parts shortages, you can't blame me for that either. And you can't claim using aftermarket parts would have made these massive panel gaps any worse. Regarding the tires, yes they are larger than what GM originally put on THIS truck, but they are the exact same size wheel that GM puts on the RST and TrailBoss trims. 275 60 R20. They are not out of factory spec. But again, like I told you, they never rubbed before. And I put these tires on here the day I drove the truck off the lot. Beth and the other front office staff were fantastic, and this was not directed towards those ladies at all. But Brodies people skills leave a lot to be desired. I know things will never be factory/showroom perfect following a collision repair, but I felt like a GM dealer should've done better. You claim you didn't cut corners, but these panel gaps say otherwise."
