"Would only give 0 stars if it was allowed. Took my car in for repairs and when I got it back I was missing 2 of the 3 very expensive sunglasses that were in my car. They left the cases but took the glasses. I went back the very next day and asked them to return my property and they said they would "look into it." Got the runaround of course. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they refused to return my property or make it right. According to them, it's MY fault for having MY property inside of MY vehicle. I will definitely avoid them in the future."

"The service I received at Olathe Ford Collision was outstanding. My truck went in for damage from a front end collision. Communication was great and all my calls were returned in a reasonable manner. The timeline for having my truck repaired was weeks to months ahead of most other area collision repair facilities even after finding more damage than originally expected. The work was done professionally and returned my truck to factory condition."
