"We were traveling south on I-35 pulling our fifth wheel RV when we heard a loud bang, lost all turbo boost and much power. It was 4:00 P.M. on a Thursday and we were trying to escape the looming winter storm. I called KC Turbo, as I have a KC Turbo on my pickup, and they provided a number for ZKB diesel. I called, Zack answered and, after telling him the circumstances, he told me if I could limp on in he would wait for us. It was long after 5:00 when we arrived, but he warmly greeted us. He immediately came out and found the problem, gathered his tools, and had us repaired and back on our way to Arizona by 6:00 P.M.! Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in the repair, and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZACK AND ZKB DIESEL to anyone with a diesel vehicle repair need.
