"Horrible food not made right at all. Asked for 5 tenders I got boneless that’s is not the same at all and asked for lemon pepper sprinkle I couldn’t even get that. smh Homeless man walked in reached over the counter and grabbed a cup and fixed himself a drink and walked out. Cook was Frying chicken with no gloves touching uncooked chicken with his bare hands I’m good on y’all. I’ll get wings elsewhere."
"Shoutout to this location and staff. I placed an order the Friday before Super Bowl and the staff was calm and friendly. My food was ready on time, they even let me change one of the flavors last minute. Suggestion: let people tip online or when we pick up our food - I wanted to show your staff my appreciation!"
"This Wingstop has been our chosen place for wings out of convenience (this one is about 6 miles from our home as the other one would be closer to 20 miles from our home), but time and time again they seem to miss the mark with their customer service and satisfaction. If they make an error in our order, it is never to our satisfaction, or barely even to make it right. not to mention the feeling that we are inconveniencing them, each separate time) We have cut our losses on corn or sides multiple times because "after the fact" doesn't really justify our drive back into town. Employees have bad days, we all do, I am in hospitality and customer service is not anything like any of the people who work here have ever experienced. This place has missed the bar consistently over the past 3 years. Do better. If it's 'your bad' don't be inconvenienced by having to make it right. You should take better care of your customers- then they'll have a reason to keep coming back. At this point, driving the 20 miles to not have to deal with our order being wrong, plus the energy and lack of care from the management each time sounds reasonable to me."
"The girl that took our order was very pleasant. That was the only good thing. They weren't busy but it still took them 30 minutes to make our food. I thought they must be cooking the chicken so it would be hot and fresh. Not so much. The chicken and fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a couple hours. Someone finally walked out and handed me a sack. I told her we hadn't ordered takeout. She said she read the ticket wrong and brought us plates. We sat next to a large window and watched the help... do stuff... without hair nets. They decided to clean the refrigerator while I was there. Guess what they did with the raw chicken. I will never go to this restaurant again."
