"Went through the drive-thru, on 2-19-24 at around 6 p.m., and received the best customer service from Shelby (I think that was her name). I had some special requests, she made it happen and was so helpful getting it right. The food was wonderful, too."
"This is the worst Taco Bell I've been too. My wife got 2 chicken boxes. We didn't get boxes our food was thrown into the bag. It's was extremely cold!!! And we ended up with beef not even chicken. I would advice to not even go threw here, and drive thru worker was rude as hell to my wife!!!"

"For what ever reason I was stuck in line at this Taco Bell for 40+min. I couldn't get out. Man sounded nice on speaker but at window, no apologies,just handed me the food. Burrito had little ingredients inside. Quesadilla was hot but not worth the money. I added cheese sauce. It was very hot. I love Tacos Bell and frequent this store. I don't know what happened last night?"
"From out of town visiting, we had to order our own food from a tablet. There were workers standing all around. All of the tables were dirty we ended up cleaning our own table for us to even sit down at. Pretty embarrassing for a fast food joint."
