"I bought a 3/8 20v hyper tough drill and on the tag it said that the retail price is $79.99 if purchased brand new. Yet the asking price from rent a center was only $29.99. Good deal for me right? Not so fast. I was browsing the hypertough tools at Walmart and I seen the very same drill I had just purchased. Walmart’s asking price brand new was.. $29.99.. not the $79.99 that was advertised on the price tag. I was there again today because I always like to stop in when I get a chance. I noticed a few more items that also had less than honest advertisements. The one that really stuck out to me was the stealth cam night vision minocular (another Walmart product) that was listed as brand new Walmart price being $179.99 and rent a center only asking something like $119.99. Walmart doesn’t charge the $179.99 That rent a center said it does. Walmart charges $119.99 and has had that same price for at least 2 years and I know this because 2 years ago I bought the very same stealth cam night vision minocular. it’s very disappointing that rent a center uses this type of deception on its customers. I really liked this place, I still like the employees at least the ones I’ve dealt with they all seem like good dudes. However I feel like I’ve been screwed over due to the false advertising on the drill that I bought. It’s not paying the same price that upsets me. It’s being deceived into thinking I was getting a good deal that upsets me. It’s other products with the same type of false advertising that upsets me."

"I've been patronizing the Berryville Rentacenter for 4 years. I continue to go back again & again because of the staff. They work hard to get the customer what they want. The one time they couldn't get the item I wanted, (not their fault) they found me something I ended up loving. It turned out to be better than the item I had requested. That happened because they actually listen to their customers; they make a concerted effort to get to know them. They learned my taste & my needs, then used that info to find the best item for ME. I really love this store. I will shop with them for a long time to come."
