"I just got an oil change a month ago and i noticed 3 weeks after my oil change my oil was low, pretty much out. This the only oil place i go to. This the first time i ever had a problem with my oil. I ask them if they could top my oil since i just left from here and the manager(Vernon Russell) told me they could but i had to pay. I told him i shouldn't have to pay since i literally just left a few week ago. I explained to him that im a regular customer and that i never asked for a top off before and then he told me there's nothing he could do. If you use valvoline please dont go to this location. Please go to one of their other locations."

"I got a reminder card from them stating I needed a state inspection and emissions test to renew my tags. The card gave me this address to go to. Got there and they told me they don’t do inspections."
"Update: It has been a little over a month since I sent the email regarding this concern using the provided subject etc, but I never heard anything back. I would advise to stay away from this location since I doubt they will ever address the scammers working in their locations. Original review: Some guy wearing the Valvoline uniform casually came up to me with his phone on speaker on his phone asking me if I have CashApp and I'd get 50% off if I use that to pay, and that it'll be $150 without it (for a cheap conventional oil change - with 50% off coupon). Could not have driven away faster. Stay away for your own safety."
"The people there are really friendly, services are fast. I saved time and money heading here to Valvoline. If you need a oil change in a hurry check them out! I didn't even have to leave my car to get it done. Check them out people if you can."
