"Both my children had great experiences with Dr. Loveless and his staff. My daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed last week. Doctor gave us thorough explanation during the consultation and the staff was very attentive and caring. Melanie was super awesome that she took care of my daughter before and after the operation to make sure she was comfortable and safe, and she gave thorough instructions on the post operation care. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful too. I couldn't say enough great things about this place. Highly recommend it!"

"Amazing service! Dr. Loveless is very professional and explains very clearly so that I could clearly understand the condition of my teeth. This made me no longer nervous when I had my wisdom teeth removed for the first time. And the nurse paid attention to my status throughout the whole process, chatted with me patiently when I was nervous, guided me to topics of interest, and made me relax. While getting ready, she even gave me a blanket and kept an eye on my condition. This operation was to remove four wisdom teeth. I felt relaxed throughout the entire process and the operation time was very short. After the operation, the nurse continued to pay attention to my condition and patiently told my friend how I should take care of my teeth after the operation. She also mentioned that I could call anytime if I had any questions, which made me feel very warm."

"It’s usually not fun to undergo dental procedures, but Archway makes the best of it. The front office staff are very responsive and are great about researching and confirming insurance costs and coverage. The doctors - Dr Loveless and Dr Hinkl (both have treated me) are excellent clinicians and have great bedside manners. The technician for each of my procedures was Melanie, and she’s just great - helpful, reassuring and a real professional. I give the office high marks all around!"

"Dr. Hinkle and company were great. I was the first appointment of the day and everyone was lively and inviting. I felt very comfortable. I was getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed, i suggest drinking pineapple juice in advance, but they were able to perform the job with little to no swelling on my end and no pain either. Very well done and would 100% recommend. One note, the most painful part of the procedure is getting numbed. Everything else is a breeze."

"I had an infected wisdom that was scheduled about a month and a half out. I was in a lot of pain, so call the office on a whim just to see if they had an opening. They got me in the day! They were super nice and made me feel very welcome. They removed two wisdom teeth. Dr. Loveless and Abby were extremely professional and had me out in less than an hour!
