"The staff could've been more professional and friendly. Dr. Dorsey acted unprofessional several occasions. His office is now closed because he retired suddenly and without notice which left so many of his clients in complex positions. Orthodontist will not work behind other orthodontist. Then they knew he was retiring and still scheduled new patients. Whatever is happening to Dr. Dorsey i wish him the very best of luck but if I could go back in time I would definitely choose another Doctor."

"Took my kids in for consultation and never heard back from them about what the insurance decided to do on paying for the braces. Calling this office never get a live person lefts numerous of messages on the mailbox but no return call it's been 1 month now and still no call back??? This is very unprofessional and very unorganized."
"Dr. Dorsey and his whole office staff total jerked around with my daughters teeth and insurance company. The two years we were going, they didn't fix her teeth AT ALL. We had to go to a different orthodontist and start all over again."
