"Half the items on the menu have been discontinued, yet the menu isn’t updated. It’s digital, update your menu, it takes 5 minutes of your time. If a customer asks for no lettuce, don’t put lettuce on the order. It’s pretty simple. My expectations are not high given this is Taco Bell, but at the same time, I hope the management staff can continue to train their staff to provide better service."
