"Hi there : My two chalupas shells weren’t cooked , it was the bread before you cook it . Guys every time I come to your specific location, I am never served what I order . I wish you guys would get it together. It’s frustrating because it seems to me that no one cares about being efficient in your store . Someone should address this."

"Usually, as far as fast food goes, I love Taco Bell. Perhaps a guilty pleasure of mine. However, this location has the absolute worst service imaginable. I waited in the drive-through line for 25 minutes with two cars ahead of me. Upon reaching the window, the employee asked what I ordered and then what the total was for my order, desperately trying to look it up. I can look past this as I could see very plainly that they were having a rough night in the kitchen. What I can not look past is how YOU FORGOT THE NACHO CHEESE ON A NACHOS BELL GRANDE MEAL! I mean, come on, it isn't nachos without nacho cheese. At any rate, this store is in desperate need of competent employees as well as a professional cleaning service scheduled for the lobby. I realize that one can not expect too much from a fast food chain, but this is just ridiculous. Cultural decline is showing and well on its way to destroying this location. The manager may have been the only competent person in the building, and it is unfortunate that his team is so unorganized. Do not waste your time with this location. Just go to a different Taco Bell."

"This taco bell is usually really good! I order both through doordash and through their drive thru frequently! However I had one bad experience. I decided to Dine In with my partner and we used the Kiosks they have in the lobby. There were no employees at the front at all which is why we used the Kiosk. We ordered a 3 crunchy taco supreme, a nacho belle grande, and some extra nachos with both cheese and sour cream sides to dip in. The nacho bell grande had special instructions attached to it following as: No beef, Extra Sour Cream, Extra Tomatoes, and Light Nacho Cheese. The cheese is overly spicy for me. Well when I received my order we had an added nacho fries that we didn’t order, and the nacho bell grande had extra cheese and light sour cream instead. It’s mildly annoying that this is the case as I have never had issues with it before but regardless this place is usually pretty good! 4 stars regardless of the mistake as it isn’t meal ruining and we got free fries."
