"The best of the best. Dr. Lang makes going to the dentist a breeze. He never recommends unnecessary procedures. No frills. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s everything a dentist should be."
"Love Dr. Lang. No frills. Honest, good and comfortable dentistry. He takes excellent care of his patients. Have had so many dentists in the past try to talk me and other family members into unnecessary work. I've never had that concern with Dr. Lang. Highly recommend him and his staff!"
"What a friendly team always ready to accommodate. My wife & I have been seeing Dr. Lang for over 10 years & actually I look forward to seeing my dentist. What a compassionate kind professional. We are thankful."
"WONDEFUL doctor. They treat you like family here, because they want you to feel at home and comfortable during your visit. They pride themselves in getting to know you as a person. It can be scary to go to the dentist, but they work hard to make you feel relaxed."
"1. Office personnel extremely rude and uneducated and they have no place in any patient care environment. 2. Over the past 20 years the customer service went from mediocre to horrendous. 3. Dr. Lang: I subjectively believe he should retire as my last conversation with him was very flummoxing. No verbal statement that showed empathy to his patient. It was like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. 4. I believe the reason he keeps his unprofessional, uneducated, and rude staff is b/c he can pay them less than other more qualified people. I am a health care provider and would not allow my patients to be spoken to that way and I would not allow them to wear clothes to work that would barely pass at a baseball game. People enjoy a nice professional environment, especially at a dentist's office where many people are already afraid. 5. My 1st visit to him was over 20 years ago and as I was filling out the new patient form of which almost every other sentence had a grammatical error. I spent the rest of the time correcting the grammatical mistakes. I do not remember all of the specifics but I do remember that "AIDS" was spelled "AIDES". I corrected over 50% of the document. Did they not use spell check or is that something they are not proficient in? 6. I have time and time again experienced this: receptionists/secretaries/nurses that do not really have any business, customer service, or common sense acumen. They are given a few non important duties and they turn it into a dictatorship. These people revel in the little power they have and abuse it because usually they have no formal education and this is the best thing they are going to see in their life so they abuse it. 7. I am guessing the staff is there still because they are cheap labor. One does get what they pay for. 8. Compared to other dentists office this one is at the bottom of my list. 9. Also; the office and the equipment appear to be very antiquated which does not instill confidence to the consumer. 10. Dr. Lang does his own teeth cleaning. I assume he is too much of a miser to hire one and he does not do a very good job. He should hire a dental hygienist but along with his miser motif he would not pay 60K a year to hire one. 11. All of the above tells me he wants to take as much money as possible and ignore things that may cause him to spend money. 12. I am pretty sure with all the dental bills I have paid over the years, it probably paid least 1 worker's annual salary."
