"I felt uncomfortable going here. First off he seemed very pushy to have me go under to get one tooth removed. Anesthesia is a serious thing. They should realize that and not push it onto everyone. Also waited 2 hours to get an X-ray and an estimate. Lastly what turned me off the most was my insurance. The office was going to make me wait possibly weeks to hear back from my insurance to see if they’ll accept my claim. She should have submitted it when I went in for my X-rays they didn’t. Waited for me to call them back after they quoted me a higher amount. Called my insurance the next day and they said they would accept my claim and that the dental office still hadn’t sent a claim in for my tooth. Dental office said I have to pay full price and maybe my insurance will give me some back. My insurance said very different when I called. Seems like shady insurance practices. Went to a different place. Made me an app right away saying my insurance would accept that claim by the time I go in for my app. Which they did. I went to dr Herbosa and his office was much more nice, professional, and on point. I wouldn’t go here or recommend anyone else go. Never been turned off by a medical place but this place isn’t doing it right."
