"Recently visited the offices as a first time patient. The staff was friendly and the health service received was really great. However, after being told that my insurance would cover everything, I was given a very large bill and was told there was nothing they could do about it. My insurance said they charged well above average and they would only cover a portion of the costs. If I was told that insurance wouldn’t cover the full amount by the staff, I would have went somewhere else. They are getting two stars because of the dental hygienist who was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Otherwise, it would have been one star due to the lack of accountability and disingenuous coverage. Learn from my mistake and make sure your insurance covers everything. They will not help."
