"Dental assistant was amazing. Technical skill of the dentist he did a good job but his bedside manner was horrible even aware of my high anxiety of dentists was not working on easing my fears at all even suggested just going home and seeing a diff dentist who could sedate me. My face was swollen and I was in pain ridiculous advice. Sends you home with only Motrin for pain relief so past three days have been horribly painful. Did nothing to instill any kind of trust in a dentist. You are just a number on his appointments for the day he has no time for any nonsense or compassion just let him get his job done so he can leave the room as quickly as possible. Left there in tears. Still having pain and probable piece of something working its way out of the gum feels like shards of glass they said could happen but it’s worse pain than the toothache. If you have any other choice go somewhere else. But it’s great they have long hours and can fit in emergencies but don’t expect anything other than the bare min. Maybe others in the practice have better attitudes"
"For my first time they were very thorough and straight to the point. I’m not really a fan of the south county area. But I got an extraction done and it literally took him less than 3 minutes to do it. No pain until a few hours afterwards. The dentist was very cool and helpful. The dental assistant was as well. Very clean place and the staff does care about you from the time that you walk in to the time that you leave. I had a great experience and their prices are very reasonable. I wish that I could make the dentist my main dentist. 10/10 would most definitely recommend!!"
"Been there twice Jody Johnson did an extraction the first time and then she fixed my filling the second time. She is the best at everything she does. Especially extractions. The whole crew was great. Putting my filling in went very smooth. I couldn't recommend a better place. Thanks Mark"
"We've had around 3 dental emergencies since moving to the area. We've gone to this office for all of them. They are really great about getting us in and out in a friendly, professional manner. The rates are very reasonable; no premiums for urgent care here. The oral surgeon I saw today took more time to numb than she did getting my tooth out, and it was a surgical extraction! Coming from an area where urgent and dentist don't coexist, I'm really grateful for this place. Keep up the excellent work!"
"I guess it depends on when you go and who you get. First time I called I was in the chair within an hour. I had excellent, thorough and gentle care. The second time I was back for extractions and waited for 2 1/2 hours past our scheduled appointment time with my five-year-old and then had to leave because it was 930 at night. When I was finally able to get in the chair, the dentist just jammed a needle up into my infected tooth without any localized numbing gel or any warning. Then he did it three more times on the other side of my mouth, which was also violently infected from my past dentists Bad work. I’ve had a lot of dental work, and this was by far the most careless painful shot I have ever received, and I’ve never had anyone stick a needle in my mouth without the localized numbing gel. It’s just complete disregard for your patients comfort. Especially when it is already extremely tender from an active infection. Then to top it all off he busted my entire lip wide-open prying against it and it’s going to be a miracle If this doesn’t scar and it’s going to take a long time to heal because of where the injury is. My teeth pain has since subsided but now I can’t talk or eat or do anything normal still because I have a huge open blister literally right where my lips meet every time I try and close my mouth it opens the wound it won’t scab over it’s something that’s going to likely take several weeks to heal. And that’s how I got to spend my Christmas! Thanks to this guys gross negligence. Never ever have I heard of this happening. My lip was swelling up so bad before I even got out of the office and no one said anything. Also, I was giving no coast extraction syringe to keep the wounds clean, which is extremely important. That seems pretty amateur. And yes I’ve had extractions at other dentists. This is the worst dental experience I’ve ever had aside from the office who botched my root canal. You are not allowed to hurt people and get away with it. And yes I will be consulting with my attorney."
