"The customer service was great! The technician worked on my car promptly and sufficiently! The team communicated with one another great. The location in Olivette is all around awesome!! I went in for an oil change and waited there for my car I didn’t make an appointment. I was there for about a hour which I don’t think is bad considering no appointment."

"Selected this place as it is close to my office. Dropped my truck off for new tires around 7:30 for a 9 AM appointment and siad anytime before 2PM would be fine. Came back at 4:30 and girl up front said they we just finishing up. I questioned why it was not done and she said "The cars ahead of mine took longer than expected." Really- 6.5 hours longer?? She was very rude and acted upset that I even asked the question. She then asked if I still wanted the free alignment check because that would add 20 more minutes to my tire change. I said no and as she walked into the shop I noticed my truck was still on the ground with the old tires on - they had not even started on it! I followed her into the shop and told them forget the whole thing. Just give me my truck back. The young service manager who brought me the keys apologized and fessed up that he just simply forgot to to do my truck earlier in the day. At least they have one honest person there. He then said his manager would be calling the next day to further apologize and probably offer me a reduced price if I brought my truck back in. Guess what, no one ever called. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!"

"I was referred to this place by my cousin. She and her hubby had been dealing with a manager named Lynn, whom they said was awesome. However, when I called Firestone I was told that Lynn was no longer employed here. Nonetheless, my son's vehicle was in desperate need of tires and the snow was on its way, so I decided to still give this place a chance. The man I spoke with over the phone was James. He was nice, professional, helpful, and patient with me as I asked questions. Luckily, they had the tires in stock and informed me that they could have them installed that same day if we could be there by 2pm. We got there in time and they kept their word! We were out of there a little after 4pm. Everyone from the receptionist to the other technicians were very pleasant to work with. My son has a Ford Focus; the 4 new tires cost us a little over $600 after all taxes and installation fees. I felt like this was a decent price. (Although I honestly didn't have time to research. The kid's tires were BALD.) I did inquire about a warranty on the tires. I know my 4Runner has a warranty where I can bring it back to the tire company for a repair/replacement if I get a flat. They said that the tire they put on my son's vehicle didn't have this type of roadside warranty; it only has the 55K mile manufacturer warranty. Just an FYI. Other tires may have the ERS warranty, so just be sure to inquire and/or shop around if you're interested in those. All in all, I am happy with my experience at this Firestone. It was snowing heavily when we left, and as a mom, I was able to leave with a little more peace of mind knowing that my child had brand new tires, and wouldn't be sliding across kingdom come."
