"Edited June 2023: This office is now closed, Dr. Schluter retired. He referred his patients to Butler Hill Dental. I have been coming to this office for over 5 years. It is small, but very homey. The staff get to know you very well and are diligent in their work as well as being punctual and professional. Dr. Schluter is very kind and gentle. I highly recommend."

"I would not recommend this Doctor. Visiting this office felt very uncomfortable. The doctor didn't pay attention to me, he didn't even introduce himself. I couldnt see his face behind all the masks he was wearing. During working on my teath he had a small chat with the assistant about personal life. This was awful. It made me feel even more stressed. Prior to that I was thinking about the ugly colours of the interior. After mentioning that to the assistant, she was unpleasant and didn't acknowledge the comment. This experience made me feel like the people in the office don't really care for their clients."

"Doctors did good work on my daughters, but the medical assistant Mandy was always giving me "weird" looks and I always felt a bad vibe from her, as if she wasn't that happy my family was there, but I overlooked it and continued to bring my children to have work done. However after a few visits, my oldest daughter still needed work and I was scheduled for an appointment that I was never going to make, because I was contacted on 3 different occasions to have my appointment rescheduled. They would always wait one or two days before the appointment to call me and have some reason why my appointment needed to be rescheduled. That was very unprofessional and unusual. I felt like they didn't want us as clients anymore, and it was very rude. So I called and just cancelled the appointment and let them know that I didn't feel like my child was being made a priority and I'd just take her elsewhere. They never called me back, they never attempted to apologize or tell me I was wrong. So I would not recommend going to them, ESPECIALLY if you are a person of color."
