"Just a heads up this location doesn’t honor subway coupons. They have a huge sign that says “mention coupons before ordering”, so I mentioned my footlong coupon for $5.99. They said that one was fine but had a list of like 3-4 others they don’t honor. Sure enough, I am ringed up and they won’t let me use it. Super frustrating"

"Store is permanently closed as far as I can tell. Nice location, inconsistent staff. Online ordering never "worked". Even if no customers in store, they hadn't started order until I got in the store. End of December 2019 I ordered online and went to pick it up and the store is now permanently closed as far as I can tell (see pic), yet they charged my card. Gmaps says temporarily closed now, but store locator not showing it at all on subway site. When I submitted to corporate customer service to try to get a refund, they told me I'm SOL and need to contact the franchisee. Not sure how to do that when the store is closed. Have since closed that credit card and didn't think to dispute before that. Bybye $6.xx, see you in another life."
