"I do not typically EVER leave bad reviews anywhere. But Branson Auto Sales will be an exception. Let me start by saying, I am NOT their customer. I am an insurance agent who sold insurance to a young female who UNFORTUNATELY decided to purchase her first car from Branson Auto Sales. My client informed me that the dealership was requiring her to carry certain insurance coverages in order to purchase a vehicle from them, so I quoted her with the coverages requested. I want to also add that it took me hours to find a policy for this young lady because it was her first insurance policy, and this specific dealership requires an unusual amount of coverage to be held in place. The next day, after FINALLY finding the most affordable insurance policy that I could find for her, my client informed me that she was ready to start the policy, Before issuing the policy, I called Branson Auto Sales and spoke with a man named Tobe. I confirmed the lien holder info, the coverages, and also confirmed that I was safe to issue the policy since the insurance companies I write for have specific refund policies that do not allow the customer to get any return premium if they cancel the policy within the first month of purchasing. He acted like everything was good to go and even gave me a fax number and requested for me to send the insurance paperwork over. Low and behold, the sweet young lady that was my client, calls me to inform me that Branson Auto Sales refused to sell her the car. After speaking with Angela (I believe that’s her name), I was informed that the ridiculous reason they wouldn’t sell her the car is because they couldn’t get ahold of her references. Which, is fine and some-what understandable. But WHY would you allow this young lady to spend $400 on a down payment to start an insurance policy, if you haven’t even reviewed her references? Angela was not apologetic whatsoever, and just kept justifying the refusal to sell this lady her car. I do not CARE about that. All that I am upset over, is the fact that they asked for me to fax over the insurance without finalizing the sale, knowing that this young lady was about to spend a non-refundable $400 on insurance. Angela, you must not be a mom, or a good one at that… because you continued to blame this young lady as if it was her fault. I encourage the employees at this establishment to communicate better, have more organized business practices, and be more UP FRONT. Especially in a world full of young people who are barely scraping by as it is. Luckily, and after several phone calls, I am able to offer this sweet girl a refund. But what a headache!!! She’ll never get her apology from these rude and unorganized people, but I hope that someone will read this and choose to take their business elsewhere."
"Iv been with them for 3 years and just recently paid off my car through them and they have been absolutely amazing! They are very friendly and great people in general! Thave always been up front and honest with me with repairs. They take care of the title, the tags and if you ever get into an accident Angie takes care of all the insurance stuff and you don't have to worry about a thing!
