"Greg checked me in. I needed 2 tires and a thorough check of my car. He has been helpful to me 3 times. He is polite and personable and helpful. When the checkup was complete, he let me know that I should get a new battery soon. I asked the price and had the battery replaced. The mechanic who worked on my car is a hard worker. I have observed him before. I let them both know that I appreciated their service and work ethic. I was in and out in a reasonable time. This was different from my experience in the past. Kuddos to the change!!"

"While I do think this location is convenient it was definitely not professional. Not sure when it became appropriate for someone the smoke a vape on the inside of the building especially while customers are waiting on their vehicles. I’m not sure what Justin’s or Josh (his name was one of these) position is here but the obnoxious clouds of vape smoke he puffs constantly is insane. This was the second time I’ve visited this location and observed this same situation."

"Josh was great. We have a service warranty that is kind of a pain to deal with, and he went above and beyond with researching and figuring out the complexities of the warranty process. The team also did a great job diagnosing the issue, as the car is newer and it was more of an obscure part. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional."

"Terrible! The most unreliable business! Scheduled an oil change online days ago, arrived at the store this morning for my 8am appointment to find that they had cancelled my appointment with NO phone, NO courtesy! The last time I had an appointment there it was also a fiasco (the manager didn't show up to open the store so all the employees and customers were waiting outside in the parking lot for over an hour!). I figured after the last mishap I would give them a second chance - big mistake!! Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else."
