"Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. The staff was so warm and welcoming to me as a new patient. Very thorough in their examination along with x-rays, so they can determine what is happening and what needs to be done. I found Dr.Spalitto to be a very delightful man and has a sense of humor thank God. I use a sense of humor to make me more comfortable as I have a phobia of dentists thanks to being a military brat. My experience with military dentists has left me very fearful of dentists. Dr.Spalitto understands my fear along with his team. Just hearing the tools in use will get on my nerves, so Lisa turned on some music for me to drown out the sound. Their options are one of the reasons I selected Dr.Spalitto, he has a tv to watch, headphones to listen to music along with piped-in music to the room. Not to mention he had options for sedation along with nitro gas which I prefer. My dentist retired and my frustration trying to find a new one was overwhelming for me. I tried one and wasn't comfortable with him, but I thank god I found Dr.Spalitto and his staff. They are professional, nice, funny, and care about the patient. Conveniently located off highway 270 and Manchester. Dr.Spalitto is so talented as he can create crowns and temporary bridges all in one day at his office. Did I mention he's originally from Kansas City which sealed the deal for me as my father was from there too. If you have a phobia as I do and worry constantly about finances too you will be very happy you selected this dentist and his staff as I am grateful I found them. A new adventure awaits me now and I'm so thankful to finally find someone I'm very comfortable with and have great confidence in him along with his staff."

"Dr. Spalitto is amazing and genuinely cares about his patients. The days of going to the dentist to get referred to a specialist are over because he does it ALL! He did an emergency root canal for me and is now my family and friends go to!Highly recommend. I was particularly impressed by the advanced technologies he had in his office. He can do the regular 2D xrays we are all used to, but he takes it to another level when needed with 3D imaging."

He has advanced training to allow him to save you money and time by doing most of the work himself. If you want someone who will care about you as a person and treat you with respect, kindness, and dignity he is the Dentist for you. If you want someone who will maybe charge you a little less because they see 5 people at once and only give you a second of their time he may not be the one for you."

"Dr Spalitto is extremely professional and caring dentist. I continue to fly from Denver, Co to St Louis twice a year to have him perform all my dental work! I am sitting in the airport now after having a pain free root canal performed yesterday afternoon. Brittany his assistant is also top notch. I actually enjoy going to see them both!"
