"We purchased a minivan from 1st Choice Auto. It has been nothing but trouble in the 2 months we have had it. The check engine light came on and pulled 14 misfire codes, the transmission needed a flush, and both passenger sliding doors are not working. I am now putting 6 kids in the van through the front door, because I can't afford to fix the sliding doors. 1st Auto offers No Warranty. They clearly don't stand behind their work. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them at all. Update...1 week later the battery was completely dead."

"I'll start with the good, because there was good and it would be dishonest of me not to mention it here. First, their customer service is great! Very welcoming and great communication. Also, they replaced one of my cats for only the price of the part, also great! However. They definitely sold me a lemon and I highly doubt they didn't know about it when they sold it to me. This car has been nothing but problems. They sold it to me for just over $9,000 just a few short months ago and I've already put over $2,000 in repairs and it's not even fixed yet! The last time I tried to bring up the issues I was completely ignored. To me, this is unacceptable and like I said, I HIGHLY doubt they didn't know this car had problems before they sold it to me and my family. I just want there to be a heads up to those looking for a reliable vehicle for your family because, honestly, this is not the place to find it."
