"I just had the best experience. I went through the drive-through and got a Dr Pepper when I was driving away it spilled all over my car so I went back through and said that of course they gave me a new Dr Pepper but the girl also offered me towels and threw away my trash for me. It was so sweet great job."
"This is the worst Panera of all time. Never can get an order correct, and never make it right when it’s messed up. This is the absolute last time we will go to this location even though it’s right by out house. We called up there and told them about the mess ups and whoever answered the phone was not helpful at all and did not seem to care or offer any sort of solution."
"I go to Panera for a chipotle chicken (missing), scrambled egg, avocado on ciabatta for breakfast every morning. Today the sandwich was very small, it was missing items. I spoke with Daniel the manager and he said he was sorry they were really short staffed. He said he wished he could do something for me but he needed to get back to the store. He could have offered a replacement sandwich."
"I recently visited Panera, and my experience was nothing short of infuriating. This place has a serious problem with deceptive practices that need to be exposed. First and foremost, they've implemented a mandatory tipping system at their self-service kiosks. I understand the concept of tipping for good service, but forcing customers to tip for fast food before even receiving their order is absolutely outrageous. It's a clear violation of customer rights and a blatant attempt to manipulate patrons. Tipping should be voluntary and earned. To make matters worse, when I attempted to leave a $0.00 tip, the kiosk refused to let me proceed. It's as if they believe they have the right to dictate how much I should tip, regardless of my satisfaction with the service. But that's not the end of it. They couldn't even get my order right! I received a different meal from what I had selected on the kiosk. It's incompetence piled on top of deception. This experience has me questioning whether Panera's practices are even legal. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other honest and customer-friendly dining options out there. Let's not support businesses that resort to such unethical tactics."
"I am in KC for business and decided to go to Panera because it’s something easy and quick. I ordered 1 pepperoni mozzarella sandwich and 1 Southwest Caesar s. I pull up to the window and was told $36.00. I asked for two sandwiches? He said yes. I asked how much are the sandwiches and he said 10.59 each. I said that doesn’t equal $36? Can I see my receipt. The cashier turned to his supervisor and asked how does he print a receipt before I pay for it. His supervisor said he can’t - I’ll have to pay for it first. So, hearing their communication, I said dude I just want two sandwiches at 10.59 each. The cashier agreed and said yeah, two mozzarella and two Buffalo chicken Caesar sandwiches. I said no, two sandwiches total, one of each. The cashier said Oh, okay, I’ll get that fixed. So I handed him my debit card. Approximately 5 minutes later a bag of food. He said thanks and shut the window quickly. Something’s not right I thought to myself and looked into my bag. I had two sandwiches, a 2 bags of chips, a stale piece of bread, a Caesar salad, and a cookie? I get it… I worked retail/food when I was a kid; however, adding items to someone’s order is out of line. I’ll never go back to this establishment again. I usually eat at Panera because I feel the quality is a bit better than most places; boy was I wrong. My company pays for my meals so I wasn’t too upset about it (hence the review). I just want to give y’all a heads up if you choose this location. Kicker is, I didn’t even get a receipt lol."
