"I had a minor accident and I had a friend recommend Jordan Valley Auto Body and it was also a recommendation from my insurance. I think they did mediocre work and were not very detail oriented. They didn’t repair my truck completely and therefore had to argue with my insurance to get them to pay to fix it. The alignment seems to be worse then before I took it in and had over spray and sanding scratches left on the truck. Also, I had to readjust my bed cover due to it being on crooked where it wouldn’t work properly. I am thankful the insurance paid for it but overall I am disappointed in the work as I think the truck should have came back in the same shape (as before the accident), if not better when it is returned from a situation like this."

"I took my car to them to be fixed because progressive recommended them. 1ST problem is they didn't want to listen to me when I dropped off my car. That caused them to miss a major part of the repair that they never fixed. They put a front bumper on and refused to blend anything therfore they didn't perform my repair to industry standards. Overall was a horrible experience. Poor customer service skills and poor quality of work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else."
