"My husband and myself went here for lunch for Valentines day and try a new place. Biggest mistake ever I'm not sure how this place even got a 4.6 rating unless these people review have no taste buds. We got the deluxe meal to share came with ribs ,brisket, turkey side we choose where fries and coleslaw. Food came out immediately within 5 minutes of ordering so that was nice. The ribs had a burnt flavor to them, the "brisket" as they call it was one of the most horrible things we have had it tasted like roast beef you get from a deli that was microwave the day before no smoke ring or flavor whatsoever. The turkey also looked liked deli lunch meat zero flavor and rubbery. After one bite of them we couldn't even eat anymore it was that bad we took it home for our dogs. The coleslaw looked good but my eyes fooled me that was also a one bite thing it had a sour taste like it was old. The only good thing I can say about this place is the inside was cute and cozy the fries and pickles were good but all the meats where extremely off putting and not edible. Needless to say will never go back"

"Our family has eaten here for years but this was my first time (I know, right!?!). It is worth the drive from anywhere. Guaranteed great food and amazing staff! We had a large party and able to get seating in a quieter area. Bring your big appetites!"

"Some of the best bbq I have ever had. Definitely top 5. I got the turkey brisket and ribs. Got the when it opens and there was a line to get in.. if that's not a testament to this bbq I don't know what is. The smoke ring on the brisket was thick. The turkey is my benchmark as it's not as common as brisket and pulled pork, and the smokiness of the meat was amazing. But the best think I had was the ribs! These were perfect smoke plus seasoning plus great amount of meat. Best ribs even without bbq sauce. The place was old school bbq joint. Lots of wood and dark. The servers were working so hard to keep up and really they were great friendly and fast. Pleanty of parking. At the end I decided to get a keylime pie with meringue which was sublime."

"I was working down in Spring Hill, KS, and had a craving for Barbecue. A quick google search pulled up K&M Bar-B-Q, and just like that, my magic shoes took me there. I walked in and was immediately greeted and seated in a booth. I knew I had made a good choice since they had 80's rock music playing. Not loud, just enough to enjoy the music. The waitress came by and took my drink order while I checked out the menu. I was pointed to the lunch special for $13.00 which comes with a drink, fries or rings, and a nice sized sandwich with your meat of choice. I went with the sliced brisket sandwich and onion rings. It took less than 5 minutes to get my food. Sandwich and rings looked perfect. The sliced brisket was tender and not dry. Flavor wise, it had a great smoked beef flavor and wasn't smothered in sauce. Onion rings were crispy fried deliciousness. The pie selection they have looks awesome. I'll have to get back down here to try the pulled pork and ribs next time I'm down here. If you're having a hard time deciding on a place to eat in Spring Hill, KS make this the place you pick."
