"Only giving one star because I can't give 0. They told me insurance would not pay $175 for a x-ray that they covered for my wife. I paid it on debit with reciept. They billed my insurance for it, who also paid. When I caught it they told me when insurance check comes it would go back on my card. Never did. Insurance check was cashed. Told me I would get credit toward root canals. Had them done (not cheap) paid remaining amount in full before leaving office and have reciept paid in full. Two months later get a bill for another 175 and $10 fee because I was never actually credited for what got double paid. They say insurance didn't cover everything expected, but all my paperwork matches. Patients beware. Ask for detailed itemized receipts and verify them to paperwork insurance sends."

"This is a very well run operation. 10 stars to them!!! I called around the area for pricing on a root canal and wasn't pleased with the cooperation or pricing that I was receiving from some of the other endodontist offices. When I called Apex, I could immediately tell the difference. Charlotte who answered the phone was a breath of fresh air. Extremely friendly, caring and cooperative. She went out of her way to accommodate me. I told her what I needed and she gave me a very competitive price right over the phone. Dr. Vaglio and her assistant were very friendly, informative and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. These folks know how the treat patients. All this at a very competitive price. No need to look anywhere else. Great job to all at Apex!!!"
