"If it could be zero starts that's what I would put, payed for my order and was not giving my entire order, called them and tried to explain I wanted a refund for the items I did not get. I live 20 minutes away in the country and they said they couldn't give a refund even though I had my receipt. Does anyone know how to get ahold of the owner because there manager Sanil Patel sucks at his job cusses at customers and hangs up on you."

"They never get the orders right. Ever. I thought there would be a change under new management but I guess it's just more the same. Looks like I'll be going to Baldwin from now on."

"I've lived here for 3 years now. Never once have I've been to this location, and the lobby has been open. Always drive through, and it's slow. Was there the other night sitting at the window. The employee running the windows was watching another employee pace while talking on his cell phone. It's just bad every time."

"This is probably the least efficient Taco Bell that I've ever been to. The only reason we continue to come here is because my son enjoys the KFC side of things. Yet again I am disappointed by the assembly of food. Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande meal, add Chipotle sauce. There is no beef, a spec of beans. I suppose the up side is there is a lot of nacho cheese on it. I don't come here very often, but one day I'll learn to stop spending my money here."

"This is the worst taco in the history of mankind. Open hours vary daily and they have a horrible sense of quality control. The lobby is seldom open and when it is it closes at 1 pm . I love taco bell its a childhood favorite. But this place will make you question how a franchise allows this kind of service. Sorry this is my worst review ever. Yes it's that bad."
