"We had very horrible experiences with front desk staff.If we question them about how they are not keeping patients info , they simply say bye on call , they won’t try to give any explanation. Even after I told them please change your way of dealing with patients, they simply said bye. They don’t care about patients satisfaction or review. They simply have arrogance towards patients. I suggest Dr Gene Cohen to look into changing front desk staff. Otherwise he will lose loyal family customers."

"Very poor Reception service.front desk staff never respond to patients questions. Recently I called for dental surgery history of my daughter. They didn’t have recent surgery information too. When I was asking why they are not keeping patients important information, front desk lady simple had cut my call and it happened couple of times."

"I've actually known Dr. Cohen for a long time. We went to high school together and were fraternity brothers at UMSL. I didn't realize he was sharing space with my former dentist until my first appointment. I had different dental coverage at the time or I would have switched to Dr. Cohen a lot sooner. My wife and I have been his patients now for several years, and we're both very happy with Dr. Cohen, as well as his staff. The dental hygienists are thorough and skilled enough that I don't leave the office all bloody from being poked and scraped. Dr. Cohen has a laid back easy going manner. He doesn't do any work that isn't necessary. I can safely say he's one of the best dentists I've seen in my life."
