"Never felt i needed to take the time to review a fast food place because you know what you are getting but this place needs some help corporate! The food comes out cold 90%of the time. The lettuce is always gross and the tomatoes are weak. I recently got a meal around 9pm and it was so cold and gross the manager offered me a free meal my next visit and it came out cold and wrong! Had to go back again and ask them to cook me fresh food and when I went inside I was even more grossed out. Flies everywhere and dirty. Then I get home with the 2nd meal and my chicken sandwich had a nasty smell and couldn't eat it...still! I'm done with this place. Not worth my time or money."

"I don't even come here that often, yet somehow they manage to mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! They always forget an item or give me the wrong sandwich or give me a weak tasting soda, and if I catch it before I leave I have to wave down a car hop because they won't answer when I push the button so I can have them retrieve the fries they left off my order again."

"Pulled up tonight to order food. I pressed the button and waited about 5 mins, no answer. Another car pulls up and immediately gets waited on. I clicked the button again and it looked like someone was going to take my order but they didn’t. I moved to the other side to see if that would work but waited even longer. Decided to just leave because I was tired of waiting. Please do better guys. This is ridiculous."

"We've had a bad experience here a few times, but this last one was the worst. In the past it has had long wait times and inexperienced people taking orders, but the food was good. This time it took 15 minutes to get someone to take the order, then she either couldn't hear or couldn't operate the register, had to continuously repeat each part of the order, then she just dropped the order and never came back. Went to the front to try and order in person and they said to hit the button again to reorder, said they didn't have anyone taking an order. Didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for another bad experience trying to order and left. Not going back to this Sonic, which is sad because it's one of the only fast food places in spring hill."
