"The manager on duty was being a jerk to his new employee and left him struggling with all the to go orders and the line all by his self and even had the nerve to snap at him and tell him to hurry it up While he was eating in the lobby just eating , laughing having a good time with his friends. I started to speak up for the kid but i would have had some choice words for him so I just let it go to keep the peace. If I were that kid I would not want to work for a guy like that. I just left there tonight around 9 and today is march 9th hopefully this managers boss sees this."

"Zero stars for customer service. My online order was incorrectly fulfilled. The burrito I received wasn't even close to what I ordered (so much so that I could not eat it). After trying to get help with chat with Pepper (which is totally useless), I was transferred to a live person to chat with. That person's solution was a coupon for a free entree that expires in 30 days (I used my reward points to purchase this burrito and they don't expire in 30 days). I replied that was not an acceptable solution as that did not get me my dinner tonight - my Chipotle delivers and I explained the acceptable solution was to have my correct burrito delivered. I got the 1800 number and talked to a Danielle. Explained my issue and an acceptable resolution and was informed they have no way to deliver food which is incorrect as they deliver food all the time via Doordash/GrubHub. So I have no dinner, Chipotle has horrible customer service, and no longer has me as a customer (on average I have Chipotle at least once a week). I understand people make mistakes but as the customer I shouldn't be penalized by that mistake (coupon that expires instead of reward points, no dinner unless I go back out to get it). This is the second time this has happened at this store in the last 6 months so lesson learned, I won't eat Chipotle again. Picture is the burrito I got - order was for chicken burrito, with extra white rice, extra cheese, no beans, and light fajita."
"Update 5/27/23: I did another drive through order (because you can only claim the free meal they provide with an online order). My order was the same as listed in my original review. This time I was given a little more meat but not double, my extra rice was barely any, and they didn't even give me any fajita. If anyone orders anything pickup/drive through make sure to check your order before you leave. Do not order food online from here. Normally when I get food from this place I go in and they have to squish the food down to close my bowl. I got to chipotle later than usual and the lobby was closed so I had to order through the app. 2 bowls with double meat, extra rice, and one with extra fajita. One came with a single serving of meat and the other with half a serving. Neither one had extra rice and mine came with half a serving of fajita. I would have been a little upset about not getting the extra rice or fajita, but the fact they charge extra for double meat and they didn't get me that is theft. I regret giving a 20% tip on top of all this. I spent $38 for $15 of food."
