"Horrible experience. Went there to make a return with receipt and they could NOT do it because the so called manager person was not there even though they were supposed to be there at 4pm. It was 410pm and the employee called to see where manager was and No answer, no contact from manager. So I graciously said I would come back a different time and day. I came back the next day at 3pm and they said they could not do my return because the manager was NOT there again. Really stinks for trying to return something. I will forever NOT shop at Cato stores again."
