"I love my vehicle from Old Motor Company! Patrick was pleasant, straightforward and communicative throughout the process. He was glad I wanted to take it to my mechanic to have them look it over before I signed, which is always a green flag in my book. The only issue I had was that the paperwork for the previous lien on the vehicle hadn't been processed, although it was completely paid off. Once I brought it to Patrick's attention, he very promptly got the issue resolved and gave me the paperwork I needed to title it in my own name.
