"5 stars for the location, 0 stars for Uhaul. Location is clean, staff is professional. Uhaul on the other hand: up until the day before my move everything was set up for one pick-up location, then I got a call from the local rep stating that there had been a mixup, and the auto transport I was supposed to rent, had been taken by someone else. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way in order to pick up another one. A huge last-minute inconvenience that threw off what was already going to be a stressful day. Look for another company to use if at all possible."
