"I needed no-show socks. The lady behind the counter was nice as I was checking out until I refused to sign up for the rewards program. She asked for my email address, which I did give her. She asked if I would like to join the rewards program. I said I did not because there isn't a store around where I live. She says well you can use it to receive points even at Walmart and Target. I again said no thank, I am not interested. She smirked at me and then slammed my bag on the counter. I paid for socks and told her thank you. She turned around and walked off from the register. She was very rude."

"We have been shopping at the Jockey store for years. The products purchased here last a very long time and I think we have only returned 1 item because it didn't fit properly ."

"The older clerk was incredibly rude. All because we asked I'll the fitting rooms were open. They said no, which was no big deal...however her reasoning was not real sound...."we don't have the manpower to clean them" as both employees lounged with their arms on the clothing racks. Anyway, we made reference to restrooms not being cleaned after every use....which somehow prompted "its our company policy, and i won't comment on this any longer" the clerk went from zero to full tilt...on a paying customer....super quick and for no apparent reason. Hopefully she's just holiday help, maybe the stores sales will I crease dramatically soon."
