"Got us in for a state inspection same day on a Sunday. About 4 hours total they had the car. Passed it with no issues but they don't really have the best customer service skills. Didn't really talk to us about the car. Didn't even say it passed or failed (older rough car), and just handed us the paper and asked us to pay. Would go back but probably just for inspections."

"As a female, I don't feel respected often when I go to car repair shops. It's unfortunate to say that this is the norm. People tend to make me feel dumb when they are talking about what they know best and I don't completely understand their lingo. The staff at Jiffy Lube happened to be kind and helpful with their suggestions. They showed me what they did and what they were recommending as a solution. They let me know that one of the screws above my air filter was stripped. They found a temporary solution for that problem. They also ordered a new part for me, at no charge to me and told me they would let me know when the new part comes in. I appreciated them actually treating me rrespectfully. I will continue choosing to spend my money here, where I feel appreciated."

"This Jiffy Lube is the most professional I've ever had service my vehicle. I typically bring my own oil, and the staff had no issue with this - they quickly let me know what the credit would be with this option. I had a couple other small requests, and the entire staff (above ground, underground, and manager) were enthusiastic about providing the service I requested. The waiting area is designed like an observation deck (note the image attached to this review). This allows clear observation of the entire service being performed on your vehicle. Both the oil change and tire rotation were very fast - around 20 minutes. And, according to Google, this is one of the busiest times of day for this location. As I was sitting here writing this review (in the observation area), the manager just stopped by to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I won't be visiting any other auto service stations!"

"Came in week ago and had a great experience. Came in today with another vehicle and another great experience. Not the fastest but they are super nice, informative and they keep an extremely clean shop. Seem to be honest and not pushy. I Will be back. Much different than the Jiffy Lube experiences I had 20 years ago."

"Super quick and friendly. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Lobby was nice and clean and boy did they have a ton of chargers. I could have charged 20 phones in there, if I had a cable."
