"WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY My GE, GEO Hybrid hot water stopped working an I called Dyllon with Neely mechanical to come out a check it out. He came out and told me that the module control unit was was bad and he would have to order the unit and since it was an electrical part I had to pay him for the service and part in advance, which I paid him $ 330.00 dollars. I never did hear back from him for over 5 days even though I texted him and also left him phone messages to get back with me ASAP because my home had no hot water. I finally had to get someone else to help me and it was determined that the diagnosis was incorrect by Dyllon . The problem was the power connection leading into the hot water heater had burned apart thus no electricity was going to the hot water heater. I finally was able to contact Dyllon and told him he had diagnosed the problem wrong . We agreed to pay him for a service call fee of $130.00 dollars and he would refund me $200.00 dollars to me. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have not received a refund. I have called him several times leaving messages for him and have also sent several text messages and have received no replies . Warning do not TRUST and DO BUSINESS with this man and company."
