"I tried to settle a complaint that ended with one of the owners putting on the Facebook page a very one sided version of what happened. She does not like being called a liar which she said I insinuated because her repeated promises of sending my replacement shirt did not happen. I don’t like being called a scammer for asking for a shirt I bought close to 3 months ago. The original was printed crooked. I gave every opportunity for her to communicate with me and she fell short of that. Now she wants to play victim because she failed to provide decent customer service. When I gave my side of it she blocked me. Maybe she needs to make tshirts that reads “You Can’t Handle the Truth”. She thinks I am being nasty but the 3 months prior she was apologetic and and not following through on promises. Now she wants to give excuses that should have been communicated in July."
