"Honestly I've only tried one dish at Slim Chickens. That is the macaroni with chicken tenders. I liked it so much that I've been back twice since then. The first time I went was in Fayetteville. I was so happy with the service and the food. Last two times I went to the Centerton location which is closer to where I live. Same great food Lousy Teenager Like Service. I can tell all of them were having fun, (And Man Are They Overstaffed). When I inquired why it was taking so long I was essentially snubbed. I even considered driving off, even before I gave them my money. It looked like a JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PARTY IN THE KITCHEN. Bottom line good food lousy service. And we all know where are the kitchen staff isn't good the food will quickly go downhill."

"I went to lunch with a few of my friends today, and when walking in, Krystal the general manager opened the door for us and welcomed us in. All of the staff we saw were so nice and welcoming, and were asking us how everything was throughout our meal. They also let us know about the 20% student discount since we are nwacc students, which is great to know. Definitely will be coming back a lot throughout this semester! They’re great, and so is the food, of course."

"I have been here 4 times and 2 out of 4 we got our wings undercooked. I tried calling them before posting this review but they don’t answer the phone. We order a 6 wing meal and 4 wings were raw and bloody inside, this is very dangerous as serious illness can come from eating raw undercooked chicken. Please correct this issue immediately, you will get people sick. I am posting a picture of the meal I got today."

"My girlfriend and I have been to a few different locations and always had great service and the food was how it was ordered. We were excited to see this location opening with being close to Centerton. We have been here multiple time, service and accuracy to orders has been going down hill. This evening, it was slow and thinking the order would be great. Turns out the salad was getting hot with being packed with the hot food, the chicken not even tossed, another meal hardly had sauce, and missing added sauces (the lady even told me the extras were in there). After leaving the drive-thru (waiting about 15mins), I decided it would be best to get this order corrected with going inside. A different lady apologizes about the mess up and got the meals remade, it was a little better- the tenders were still lacking the amount of sauces they were shaken in. Now we understand why the Rogers and the other bentonville locations are always busy, meals hot, fresh, and the tenders are actually shaken in the requested sauce. This location needs some assistance with knowing the meals are accurate."
