I'm glad that I did. The staff goes above and beyond. The insurance had issues with approving claims for my kids, and the staff led the way and got it all handled. They always tell me beforehand what the visits will cost, and Dr. Richter and his staff are amazing with my kids. We have never had to wait long for our appointments, and the front desk ladies are exceptionally accommodating."
