"This is the place to go if you want them to do an ok job. Communication was great. There were delays, totally understandable, and it was mostly communicated to me without me having to initiate it. In the end, the work was subpar. He acted like they were doing me a favor numerous times while fixing their mistakes. To end up with numerous minor problems that were poorly addressed. And I’m just done with the inconvenience. I hope they at least learn from this, but judging by the fact that he downplayed my concerns and again acted like he did me a favor, I highly doubt it. My car was flawless before the accident. And these repairs were by no means cheap. The pictures are after they fixed the minor, but many, mistakes they ignored."
