"This business prominently displays on two large separate signs that of motor oil Castrol, suggesting this business has and uses Castrol motor oil and that it is available. When I went to have my motor oil changed, after the labor had been done and the bill presented to me, did I find out that not only did they not use Castrol motor oil but was informed they did not have Castrol motor oil. They had put a much more expensive synthetic oil instead. My vehicle is an older model that does not tolerate a synthetic oil. I was forced to pay the price for this oil because I was told they could drain the new oil, but could not put back the old oil into my vehicle. I had to pay for the oil now in my vehicle. Needless to say I was not happy about this at all! The signs are highly deceptive, suggestive, misleading, if not probably completely fraudulent! These two sings have been in front of this business for nearly two years after this incident. The owner also had a very bad arrogant attitude and suggested I did not know anything about motor oils. I assure you he is very much incorrect in his suggestion and attempt of slander. I do not care for such insulting behavior and attitude. My best advice, steer clear of this business and owner! I had to have my oil and filter changed immediately afterwards. Deceptive and misleading! Very very deceptive and misleading business practice! Needs to remove these two signs immediately!"
