"Arrived here doing door dash and let the employees know I was here. Waited for over 20 minutes watching them help other people who came after me. The order I was picking up was a burger, cheese sticks and a drink so it wasn't complicated..... disrespectful."

"All the car hops are super great, but I have to say Elexa and Tina are absolutely the most amazing car hops. Both very personable, always remembers who you are, and greets you like an old friend. The cooks are also fantastic, I don't know who's back there, but you're amazing! We live in Bella Vista, but refuse to go there because the drinks taste weird and the food is subpar. The Gravette Sonic is well worth the drive out of the way."

"Went there for a quick k lunch pulled in my husband was able to order his food but the lady cut him off after he placed his order. Didn't ask if he wanted order anything else so I didn't get to place my order. When the car hop brought my husband's food I said something to her her response was "well I didn't take the order, your totals $11" she then took my card inside and didn't bother to take my order or help me with said problem. She came back and then asked "did you want another combo?" After she already ran my card. My husband only has 30 minutes for lunch this was the worst experience I've had at a Sonic. Take your time and make sure the order is complete instead of rushing and listen to your customers. Do better."
