Sonic Drive-In

"One star because they only got my drink right. I ordered a chicken sandwich an fries. On the chicken sandwich I told them absolutely NO tomatoes or pickles. The sandwich was loaded with pickle slices and they gave me tater tots instead of fries, also the chicken was overcooked. Not sure I ever want to eat there again"

"We placed our order Waited 20 minutes did not receive our order .Everyone in our group that order received their meals also people that placed way after our received theirs. Went back to the intercom asked where our order was . Was told that our order was deleted due to shift change and employees placing their order and taking other orders also that their manager recently quit. They said the would remake our order .Then when we received it ot wax still wrong."

"The guy that took our order was very abrupt! When we ordered popcorn chicken he said, "We're out!" No I'm sorry but we're out. Also when asked if they offered a senior discount it was another abrupt, "Nope!" This store is in Jay, Oklahoma. We also waited almost 10 minutes before anyone answered the call button."

"Ordered a 7 piece of the new buffalo chicken bites and only got 5. Ordered 3 wacky packs and didn't get any of the sides or drinks with any of them. Ordered 4 small shakes and all 4 were almost completely melted. The guy who fixed our order was not our car hop but he was very nice and I wish I had gotten his name. He was quick to fix the issue and apologetic."

"So the lemonade gets 5 stars cause it's amazing. How ever- this chicken basket is not the one we know and love. The toast was not Texas it was thin toast. The chicken was a lil spicy and not the chicken strips with the pepper in them that we all know and love. The onion ring, the 1, was over cooked by a lot. Fries, were good and the gravy was too."
