"Low pressure at stalls and not heated. Touchless rarely gets my vehicle clean at $15 works package. Place needs better maintenance."

"The machine wasn't working right and it charged me twice. I called their number and it went to a fax machine, just like someone else has commented on, and the other number doesn't work either. That's not acceptable. I mean I can prove I was charged twice within a 5-minute period. I'm not trying to get away with something but I fear the owner is."

"This place ripped me off for $15.00 when I went to the automated wash. I decided to go for “the works” and I got the works, all right! I called both numbers listed on the side of the building and neither number is any good. The local number goes to a fax machine tone and I tried it at least ten times thinking it was temporarily set to receive a fax. The other number, an 800 number simply goes dead when you call it. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I’d suggest anyone else that experiences this situation to do the same. It’s a shame to have the only car wash in town steal money from people."

"I used the Auto Spa, even after reading some of the reviews. As such, I only used the left side where I had to wash the car. I used quarters. I found the pressure to be adequate.The hoses were not as easy to use as they could be, and wound up brating my vehicle more than it should when I was scrubbing with the brush. I soaped up my vehicle and rinsed it off. But it wasn't perfect. But I managed to make the vehicle look cleaner than it did when it came in. It was covered with bugs and dust. After I washed it, there were some of the bug remnants still in spots, but the whole vehicle looked better. No it didn't look great. But it looked a lot better. And I only spent $5. I don't care for the style of automatic wash they had on the other side of the car wash. So I would only use the hand wash side. And it worked OK."

"This place is a rip off!!! I tried paying with my card and it stole money off it twice and didn’t let me clean my car. Tried calling both numbers to make a complaint and neither worked. As I was sitting there fuming, a man from the next bay came up to me and asked how long I’d be because the one he was at stole his quarters. I will be checking my bank statement to see how much it took off of my card, and since I can’t get ahold of the owner I will be informing the police."
